Finally! Here's the workout I did today! Had to adjust to working early mornings again as well as being in a hotel with no gym in sight! So here's what I did, remember to take minimal to no breaks between each exercise! If you can do more reps than 20...DO IT!

Lucky for me, the hotel I stayed at in Dallas for the Final Four has dumbbells in their fitness center. Yay! With that in mind, I built my workout around them. For my squats, hip thrusts and calf raises I used 20lb dumbbells, 30lb for my deadlifts and pile squats. Give it a try!
