Finally! Here's the workout I did today! Had to adjust to working early mornings again as well as being in a hotel with no gym in sight! So here's what I did, remember to take minimal to no breaks between each exercise! If you can do more reps than 20...DO IT!
So busy! I guess that's life right? I missed posting my workout from yesterday. Another killer day at the gym! Not sure how I felt about the plate workout, first time I've ever done it! Let me know what you think!
