Fit to Flye
Everyday girl training hard and staying fit on the flye
Last day of annual training annnndddd I get two Easter dinners today! (I know! I’m a lucky duck!) . Today will have a bit of a weird vibe, I’ll be fighting fires in between seeing family. But nonetheless I’m happy to be fighting those fires with amazing co-flight-attendants and spending time in between eating delicious food and seeing family and friends. . For all my lovelies at training, I’m bringing a little treat for anyone who needs a boost today. . Happy Easter!❤️🐰 . . . #easter #treat #healthysnacks #love #family #friends #training #annual #cabincrew #flightattendant
Much of the time we forget how important nutrition is. In our overall health, our fitness goals & gains and the way we feel everyday. Cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and chronic respiratory disease have risk factors that each one of us have the ability to control. Which is (if you haven’t figured it out yet...) EATING HEALTHY and making healthy choices. I’ll be sharing more recipes and nutrition info on my blog soon in hopes to inspire a healthy, well-rounded lifestyle for EVERYONE. . Let me know if you have any requests! Comment below! . . . #health #healthyfood #diseaseprevention #lifestyle #nutrition #recipes #inspire
With summer around the corner I wanted to change up my ab routine. And by change up I mean...actually train them. I was a firm believer in the idea of: if you’re doing compound movements that utilized your core, you don’t need to train your abdominals separately. While you can definitely have a strong core from this type of training, to get the aesthetic pop of a six-pack, you need to train and target your abs. After a lot of reading books, researching the internet and taking advice from educated fitness buffs (hello @stephanie_buttermore 😘), I’ve been adding in abdominal training to my schedule and have already seen a difference in the last two weeks. Going to see really how well it works and I’ll share my workouts and progress with you soon ❤️ . . . #abs #absworkout #train #gym #workout #fitness #fitgirl
So I’m in this hot af hotel gym in Orlando, and I’m pushing through my last set...and I think to myself...I am so out of shape. 😳 Am I out of shape? Or was it just the first time I had ever done a single-leg hip thrust on a bench? . I rarely do the same workout more than once and enjoy throwing in new techniques. Buuuttt that leaves me feeling like I am weak. . Wether you are new to fitness or trying something new...don’t doubt yourself! We were all beginners and damn it we can’t be perfect at everything our first time. Keep pushing through and be thankful that we can try and do these new things with our bodies everyday! We are all strong. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 . . . #fit #fitness #fitgirl #firsttime #new #workhard #trainhard
Time doesn’t stop. And neither should you. . The time is now. Start working towards your dreams and setting time aside for what matters the most to you. No one else will do it for you. And time won’t stop and wait for you to catch up. . . . #beach #ocean #quote #time #motivation
I am NOT as thin and tiny as I used to be. Not because I started eating worse or became lazier...but because my body changed with my age. The day I turned 25 I magically put on 10 lbs. when I asked my doctor about it, she said...ya that’s pretty much what happens when we get older. I may not be a size zero anymore...but I’m fitter, stronger and healthier than I have ever been in my life! Don’t compare yourself to 20-year-old you or anyone else. Put in the work to be and live a healthier life and you will live your body for not only the way it looks, but why you can accomplish with it. 💕💕 . . . #fitness #journey #health #age #compare #young #bodypositive #bodyimage
