At-Home Workout Day Nine: Cardio

Today is all about getting sweaty and giving our lunges and heart a nice workout! So turn up your favourite tunes and join me for this one. Don’t be fooled by how simple it is.

Equipment: None

Type: Cardio / full-body

Style: Five rounds – 30 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest

Instructions: Set a free timer app for 30 seconds on and 10 seconds off, for five rounds. Add a one-minute rest interval after all four moves. (If you can’t find a timer – just do 40 reps of each exercise).

The Workout

  1. Pop Squat
  2. High Knees
  3. Broad Jumps
  4. Jumping Jacks
