At-Home Workout Day Four: Cardio

Today’s workout is all about getting our heart rates up! Get ready for some jumping around.

Equipment: None

Type: Cardio

Style: Tabata

Instructions: Make sure to download a free timer app with a tabata timer. I use gym boss. Each workout alternates between two moves for 20 seconds on and 10 seconds of rest. Complete four rounds of each before moving on to the next tabata.

  1. Speed Skaters
  2. Reverse Lunge Hops

Tabata 2

  1. Reverse Burpee
  2. Fast Feet

Tabata 3

  1. A-Skips
  2. Switch Lunges

Tabata 4

  1. Mountain Climbers
  2. Kneeling to Squat Jump
