After an AHH-mazing trip to Italy, filled with all the pasta, pizza and wine a girl could take, I’m back home and ready to reboot my body. I figured the best way to do that was with a full-body workout, complete with cardio and weights.
I took the first part of my workout outside, since its been a beautiful spring this week. I love doing sprints because I can LITERALLY feel the fat burning on my body when I run. and just like HIIT, it gives you that EPOC afterburner for the rest of the day. This workout was not easy, but after pushing through the second round of the workout, it felt great! I already feel like myself again.

Post Vacay Full-Body Burn Workout
- 10 Sprints
superset with a ladder workout (reps start at 10, then, 9, then 8…all the way down to 1)
- Bicep Curls
- Tricep Kickback
- Shoulder Press
12 reps of each (and per side, if applicable) x 3 sets
- Kneeling Glutes Kickback with a Dumbbell
- Hamstring Curl with Sliders
- Alternating Lunges
- Romanian Deadlift
