I’m very excited to share my first ever quickie workout video!
Today was an upper body workout, luckily I brought my resistance band and jump rope with me on my trip to Phoenix. This is a quick and simple workout that can easily be completed outside, in your house or even in a hotel room. Just make sure you have the space for the jump rope. Don’t have a rope with you? Replace the jumping intervals with any time of cardio movement (ie. jumping jacks, mountain climbers, burpees etc.).
I used a medium resistance band and my new Reebok jump rope. This is literally all you need! If you are a beginner you can stick to doing 3 sets instead of 4, and you can always switch around the reps if you find they are too high or even too low for your fitness level.
