Upper Body Workout – All Around Workout

Upper body
1. Chest press – 15 reps
2. Cross body bicep curls – 12 reps
3. Tricep kickbacks – 15 reps
4. Dumbbell row – 15 reps
5. Front and Side lateral raise – 12 reps
6. Upright row – 10 reps

For today’s upper body workout, I used 15lbs and 5lb dumbbells. This was a quick interval workout just in my backyard before the snow hits πŸ™‚
