Upper Body – Pulleys

For my upper body workout today, I decided to use pulleys!
I used a rope pulley and triangle handles for this workout, as well as a barbell. I set my weight at 22.5lbs for my triceps and biceps exercises. For the single bicep curl I set the weight at 12.5lbs. For the lat pulldown, I used 30-35lbs and a 40lbs barbell for chest presses.
