Workout of the Day – Legs and Abs at home

Today I did a leg workout as well as an abs workout. Usually I like to do abs with arms, but I didn’t have time the day before. So I thought, why not! Today I was able to use the new equipment that I bought 🙂 I did my deadlifts and squats with a barbell, side steps with a band and leg lifts with ankle weights.
