Leg Day Workout Outside

It’s finally summer here in Canada! So I’ve decided to skip out on the gym, and do my workout outside!
1. Squats – 15 reps
2. Stiff-legged Deadlifts – 15 reps
3. Squat Thrust Deadlift – 12 reps
4. Calf Raises – 15 reps
5. Fire Hydrant – 15 reps
6. Donkey Kick – 15 reps
***Repeat 3X and finish off with 10 jump rope intervals
