All-Around Upper Body

Today is upper body day!!! A couple of these workouts have 15 instead of 12 reps…just trying to make it a little tougher. Trying to get stronger so I can do pull-ups! I used 7.5lbs for my incline flyes and lateral raises. 12.5lbs for curls and chest press. 22.5lbs for triceps extension and 20lbs for one-armed rows. Give it a try!
