Bi’s & Tri’s Workout

Decided to take a day off from the gym yesterday…and now I’m ready to jump back into it! Today I decided to focus on my biceps and triceps. I couldn’t get some of the weights I wanted for this workout (someone else was using them 😁), so I increased the reps for those workouts and used a lighter weights.
*25lbs for reverse curls
*30lbs for bicep curls
*10lbs for tricep workouts
