Upper Body Workout of the Day

I’m excited to be home and back to my regular gym! Today’s upper body workout consists of pulleys and free weights. For my weighted rows I used 50lbs, Lat pulldowns I used 50lbs as well, then 20lbs for single-arm rows and the triceps pullover. Finally, a 25lb barbell for bicep curls. Give it a try!Upper body
Superset
1. Weighted row
2. Lat pulldown
Super set
3. One-arm dumbell row
4. Dumbbell pullover
5. Barbell curl
*12 reps per workout. Repeat 3X.
