Poolside Upper Body Workout

Day 2 and I’m still poolside! I brought some workout bands with me so I could create more variation with my upper body workouts. I still threw in a couple of body weight workouts as well. Bringing a workout band on vacation is such a great idea, it can give you so many more workouts and it takes up barely any space! Not to mention it basically weighs nothing…more room for shopping!
