Since I travel a ton for work…I always have a few in-room workout regimes incase the hotel I’m staying at has a less-than-appealing gym (ie. a closet with a treadmill). This is the case today! So if you’re ever in a pickle like this, or you don’t have any equipment at home, this is an awesome leg workout! I try to bring workout bands with me also whenever I travel. All you need for this workout is some sort of stool or bench and a workout band (but you can still do the kickbacks without a band if you don’t have it).
